To make an appointment please call the front desk (956) 389-8888. For an ideal spa experience please arrive 15-20 minutes early for your appointment to allow for a stress free check-in, shower and a little pre-treatment decompression time. As payment for spa service or retail, we currently accept (accompanied by proper identification), Visa, Master Card, American Express, Travelers Checks and Pearl South Padre room charge. Please note, all retail sales are final.
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. Please understand that you will be billed for the full treatment time.
During your visit, we will provide you with a changing area, locker, robe, and slippers. Should you choose to use our hot tub on the private spa patio or our state of the art gym, be sure to bring the proper attire. Please do not bring valuables to the spa (all jewelry will need to be removed durring treatments).
Please note: We require at least twenty four hours notice to cancel any appointments; a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. Once an appointment is booked, unless we hear otherwise, missed appointments will be charged in full to the card number with which they were held.
Ensuring at guests’ safety is crucial. A ÒguestcheckÓ form must be completed before each spa visit.
Junior Spa Goers (age 17 and under) must be accompanied by a parent or other adult. They must also bring a signed guardian consent form which can be obtained from the Spa booking office.
Gratuities are not included with any of our spa services or gift certificates; the recommended range is between 18% and 20% of the price of services provided, but the amount is left to your discretion.
